Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
By using Bridge AI you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Bridge AI is an educational mentor: it helps students understand assignments, practice vocabulary, and build study habits. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are a practical summary for students, families, and schools. They are not a substitute for legal counsel. School deployments may add additional agreements.
Acceptable use
- Use Bridge AI to learn — ask questions, break down instructions, and practice language.
- Do not use Bridge AI to cheat, copy AI-written graded work as your own, or violate your school’s academic integrity policy.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share (for example, another student’s private work without permission).
- Do not abuse APIs, bypass authentication, scrape the service, or try to access other users’ data.
- Do not harass others or submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Academic integrity
Bridge AI explains steps and coaches understanding. Students remain responsible for their own work and for confirming requirements with teachers. When in doubt, ask your teacher what tools are allowed.
AI limitations
Explanations, vocabulary tips, study plans, and chat replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Bridge AI does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or that advice matches your teacher’s rubric. Always double-check important details.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Guest mode is temporary and device-local. Cloud sync requires a signed-in account (Firebase Authentication). Do not share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.
Service availability and changes
Features may change as we improve Bridge AI for schools. We may suspend or limit access for abuse, security risks, unpaid bills on hosted deployments, or maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bridge AI and its operators are not liable for grades, academic outcomes, or damages arising from reliance on AI output, downtime, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires. The service is provided “as is.” Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
